I have over 15 years of brokerage experience mainly within the beach resort community of Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469. My husband, Milt Ward, and I have developed fractional properties at Ocean Isle Beach, and have marketed large tracts of land successfully. I am a certified NCREC pre-licensing, post-licensing, and CE instructor and enjoy taking students through the licensing process. My upmost goal is to give my clients the very best service possible.
Education
Former high school English teacher and school administrator with a M. A. Ed. and a B. A. in English Education. Prior to my real estate career, I spent 20 years in education. I also served as a member of the county school board.
