Pam Yegge is an Iowa native and a lifelong resident in North Central Iowa. Starting her professional career in the banking industry, she later moved her skills to The Principal Financial Group in North Central Iowa where she was an active Team Leader and later became the Training Specialist. After meeting and marrying her husband, they moved further west to become involved in her husband’s family farming operation. As a partnership they quickly saw the need to provide knowledge and inputs products to farming operations all over the Midwest. So in 1998 together with her husband, they started Ag Performance to provide farmers the much-needed financial consulting services, low-cost inputs products and conventional seed hybrids. After working for nearly 2 decades with her husband to successfully manage and operate their business, in 2015 she had the passion to get her real estate license and become a real estate agent in Iowa and Minnesota and later attained her brokerage license.
In early 2019, she opened her first brokerage, EXIT Realty Home/Land Properties which serves numerous communities in North Central Iowa and Southern Minnesota as well as landowners throughout the midwest. She attributes her many years working in the agricultural industry for her success in understanding landowners and investor buyers and sellers as well as residential and commercial clients. She believes in the passion that drove her to be successful and is dedicated to providing quality customer service.
