Pat Callebs, co-owner of Callebs Realty and branch manager of the Bristol, VA office, is a seasoned broker who has served on virtually every committee and office in the Tennessee Virginia Association of Realtors. Trained and mentored under a commercial real estate icon, Charles Lowry, Sr., Pat’s specialty is Commercial Real Estate, encompassing commercial, industrial, office, and land listings and sales.
Pat has been involved as an instructor of both residential and commercial real estate at various colleges and universities in the area, as well as a passionate mentor of Callebs Realty agents, keeping them up to date and informed of changes to Virginia and Tennessee legal updates, ethics, business planning, prospecting, company policy and fair housing. In addition to managing the Bristol, VA brokerage, Pat was a co-developer of Wallace Meadows, Bristol, VA, Callebs Cove Campground LLC, Abingdon, VA, commercial and residential property ownership, investment and management in Bristol, VA and TN, and The State Street Group LLC.
