Pat is a Delaware native who was born and raised in Wilmington. Growing up working for his family’s commercial contracting business, Pat has gained a lifetime of construction knowledge. After attending Salesianum School, he went on to earn a B.S. in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Pat’s love for the beach led him to Rehoboth, where he has resided for close to ten years. Since 2012, he has been putting his finance and construction background to use in the Sussex County real estate market. His areas of expertise include: investment sales, land development analysis, underwriting, and business sales - primarily restaurant and retail. In addition to commercial sales and leasing, he has also worked in residential sales in the resort areas of Sussex County.
