Pat Palangi earned a degree in Business and Real Estate from the University of Colorado in Boulder and holds an MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He specializes in Industrial Property sales and leasing in the Santa Maria and North Santa Barbara County markets. He has worked continuously for Pacifica Commercial Realty in its Santa Maria office since 1990 and together with Jerry Schmidt, has completed the majority of all industrial transactions in the market since that time. He also continues to successfully market such high-profile properties as Skyway Business Park, Gateway Business Center and Thompson Industrial Park.
