Pat joined OMNE Partners in 2022 as President of Brokerage and is responsible for crafting and managing the strategic direction of OMNE’s team of brokers. Pat has over 18 years of CRE experience, beginning his career as a property manager and in-house leasing agent for a boutique developer and transitioning to full-time 3rd party brokerage for the past 15 years.
Pat enjoys working with both local and national tenants and landlords. He has negotiated multiple office, industrial, and land sale transactions, mostly for owner-occupants. His primary focus in the Omaha leasing market is retail leasing, and he enjoys working with both small business owners and national retail tenants to solve their needs.
Pat grew up in the middle of Omaha and is a major proponent of bringing great businesses to the urban core. Pat is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
A lifetime Omaha resident, Pat is married to Melissa, and they have two children, Hadley and Charlotte, and a dog, Teddy. Pat enjoys golfing with friends and family and reading.
