Patra Konugres is an Associate with CBRE’s Retail Services. In this role, Patra works closely with team members Rick Schuch and Gary Leone, where she focuses on tenant representation in both Center City, Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. Significant clients include Panera, Chipotle and Five Below, among others.
Since joining CBRE in 2015, Patra has gained experience working with brokerage teams to expand multi-market and multi-service occupier accounts. She organizes account teams, technology tools and value-add services around each retailer’s unique needs. Her strengths include extensive market knowledge, retail research and mapping.
Patra is a graduate of Drexel University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Design and Merchandising, with a Minor in Marketing. She is an active member of The International Council of Shopping Centers and serves as a committee member for ICSC - Next Gen PA/NJ/DE.
Outside the office, if you don’t find Patra running along the Schuylkill or Delaware Rivers, she is probably curating a cheese and charcuterie board, shared in the company of family and friends.
