Ms. Donahue joined Lee & Associates in 2019 in a marketing and consulting role. In April 2021, she transitioned into industrial tenant representation brokerage and partnered with Brett Chambless, SIOR, Executive VP/Principal. Ms. Donahue has 5 years of commercial real estate experience. She provides location consulting, site selection, build-to-suit coordination, and advisory services for tenants on a local, regional, and national level utilizing Lee & Associate's national platform. Ms. Donahue specializes in industrial and logistics & supply chain.
Prior to joining Lee, Ms. Donahue worked for Cushman & Wakefield where she managed the marketing for over $4 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Donahue is a graduate from Florida State University where she received a Master's of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.
