Patrick has worked in the commercial construction industry for the past 25 years, successfully running the commercial general contracting firm of Pioneer Builders, Inc. He has completed hundreds of projects throughout the Washington Metro area with a value well over $200 million dollars. He has personal experience with all areas of commercial/industrial construction involving office buildings, warehouse, and retail construction, including LEED projects and historic renovations. He has dealt with projects funded through traditional financial institutions, HUD and Maryland's DHCD.
Patrick has managed commercial/industrial multi-tenant properties as owner of Pioneer Properties, Inc. While maintaining a 95% occupancy rate for 20+ years, he became very familiar with all facets of sales, leasing and property management, including commercial real estate advertising services such as CoStar, LoopNet, GSA-AAAP and Maryland's eMarylandmarketplace. In addition, he brings strong skills in landlord and tenant negotiations and has also been successful at lowering commercial property taxes thru the hearing process.
