Patrick Dignan is responsible for developing new lending opportunities and ensuring sound credit quality throughout all business lines.
Prior to joining Northeast Bank in 2010, Mr. Dignan was a Senior Vice President with Capital Crossing Servicing Company and previously with Capital Crossing, a Division of Lehman Brothers Bank, and Capital Crossing Bank.
While at Capital Crossing, Mr. Dignan was the Director of Real Estate, and played a central role in the development of the firm's loan acquisition platform. Mr. Dignan holds a B.A. in Philosophy from St. John’s College, is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and a member of the Counselors of Real Estate.
