Patrick Dillon is a full service Real Estate Consultant. Patrick holds both a Certified General Real Property Appraiser license and Salesperson license in Georgia.
Patrick works as Realtor with Century 21 Novus Realty to assist clients with real estate decisions including acquisition, hold or disposition decisions involving due diligence, financing or re-financing, highest and best use, tenant relations, property management, cost efficiency, construction or renovation, marketing investment returns and sales. Patrick has experience providing valuations and consulting services for a wide variety of properties including multi-family, residential, and commercial subdivision development, single and multi-tenant retail and office, medical facilities, worship centers, industrial facilities, daycares, c-stores, and other special purpose properties.
