Patrick Gleeson, a Native Napa Valley resident his entire life, has been involved in a multitude of Commercial Real Estate transactions over 6 years as an owner’s, tenant, buyers’ and landlord’s representative. With his Strong & Hayden partner Joe Fischer, they have managed sale and lease transactions on over 1.2 million square feet of in-place and developable building area in Napa County. In total, these transactions represented over $180 million of sale and lease income to the Sellers and Landlords they assisted.
Patrick holds B.S. in Business from Sacramento State University, and with a depth of experience in working on different sale and lease transactions in the Bay Area and other parts of the U.S., is able to guide investors, buyers, and landlords in evaluating different opportunities in the Valley. Patrick has intimate experience of the wine industry, working with on behalf of the Meyer family at Silver Oak, then evaluating multiple vineyard, winery and other opportunities after Justin Meyer sold his interest in Silver Oak.
With an intimate understanding of the current market, Fischer and Gleeson are able to guide tenants and buyers in transactions as well.
Patrick also is on the team managing the leasing for a portfolio of over 116 properties with over 5.7 million s.f. of space of an international food conglomerate with offices, warehouses and other buildings all around the United States.
