Patrick graduated from Xavier University with a degree in finance and then went into education by pursuing a master's of art in education from the University of Louisville. He taught business while pursuing his master's in Louisville. Patrick moved to Saint Augustine in August of 2022 after finishing his Master's to join the commercial real estate business. Since joining SVR in October of 2022 he has been specializing in the urban core and industrial spaces.
