After graduating from UCLA Patrick relocated back to the Sacramento area in 1980. He has been an active full time agent serving the Sacramento area for the last 30+ years and has dealt with residential sales including first time buyers, move-up buyers and estates as well as representing sellers in all ranges of properties. Patrick has negotiated short sales (he holds a Short Sale and Foreclosure certification), has dealt with trusts and probate sales(he hold a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist designation) , and he is familiar with residential investment properties (representing both buyers and sellers) and Tax Deferred Exchanges as well as business sales and agricultural properties.
Tina Deller and Patrick have been working together for over 20 years and they have been assisting sellers in negotiating successful short sales in this current market phase as well as doing this in the early 1990 market. They have also represented lenders in REO sales. Their primary service area is the four county Sacramento region (Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer & Yolo counties) although they have represented clients from San Diego to the Oregon border.
