Patrick McBride joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 as Senior Director in the Industrial Brokerage Group. Mr. McBride specializes in the region served by the I-81/I-78 corridor in Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania, and the Lehigh Valley industrial markets.
Mr. McBride has provided a wide range of real estate services and developed long term relationships with institutional landlords and private developers since entering the real estate industry in 1990. In addition to industrial brokerage services, Mr. McBride has 8 years of institutional portfolio management experience with First Industrial, Keystone Property Trust, and ProLogis.
Mr. McBride earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1981 and served on active duty for 8 years. Mr. McBride has earned multiple civic awards including the 2002 Cancer Recovery Foundation of Americas’ “Above and Beyond the Call of Duty” Award, 1998 Multiple Sclerosis Leadership Award, and the 1997 Central Penn Business Journal “Forty Under 40” Award.
