Bio
Patrick Miller joined Savills in February 2018 as Assistant Director, with extensive experience in design and construction management. In partnership with project managers and tenant representatives, Patrick also provides a range of services including site selection, project development, and the timely delivery of assets. Having a breadth of involvement with complex real estate transactions, Patrick represents clients with office lease acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, purchases, sales, and expansions. Working out of Savills Houston office, Patrick counsels clients in a multitude of industries, including architecture, engineering, construction, energy, financial services, and industrial.
A majority of Patrick’s expertise comes from his exemplary background working with industry leaders. As vice president of JLL’s Houston sector, Patrick was responsible for the delivery Shell’s $800 million portfolio while serving as the Shell Oil Regional Account Leader – consisting of 3 million square feet in commercial interiors and ground-up projects across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Prior to that, he administered facilities engineering, project management, strategic sourcing, and contract functions for Schlumberger’s 7-million square-foot portfolio.
After his work with JLL, Patrick’s career took him to Arcadis, where he served as vice president of client solutions, oil and gas, and finally as the Head of Commercial Real Estate. In collaboration with his hands-on, engaging experience, Patrick’s excellent client relations and passion for the commercial real estate industry make him a desirable broker for any demanding assignment.
