Patrick O’Loughlin was a Managing Director with Newmark Knight Frank’s downtown Los Angeles office specializing in Tenant and Landlord Representation Commercial Real Estate services. Patrick is consistent in optimizing value and results on each transaction and putting his client first. He implements these services that can provide for high level public and private corporations.
With over 23 years of Real Estate experience, Patrick has been involved in successfully completing and assisting with transactions, totaling over three million square feet on behalf of Hertz Retail, Hertz Car Sales, MobilityWorks, ITT Technical Institute, Argosy, Art Institute, Western State, US University, BASF, FedEx, RVCA, Tesla, SpaceX, United Rentals, Volvo, First Industrial, Rexford, Kearny and many other companies that may be provided on request. He has worked and completed transactions in over 15 different states and part of a 100 acre project in Hawthorne, CA . Patrick has completed over 100 education leases, renewals or dispositions with education users over the last 23 years. Patrick also specializes in the auto related retail/industrial arena focusing on ground up development as well as working with auto users.
