Patrick Reddy has been actively involved in real estate brokerage for 10 years. He provides location advice to owners and occupants of industrial buildings in the San Fernando Valley. His brokerage experience includes industrial, mixed use, retail and office properties. At Lee & Associates, he specializes in industrial buildings and land transactions relating to industrial uses, with an emphasis on the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley.

Mr. Reddy joined Lee & Associates from a boutique commercial real estate firm in Los Angeles where he was responsible for sales and leasing of all types of commercial properties. Prior to that he worked in residential real estate. He trained as an accountant and worked in private practice for a number of years.
