Patrick Shannon joined ML Realty Partners in 2012 and leads the firm’s leasing and acquisitions efforts in the Midwest. Mr. Shannon has been responsible for numerous major lease signings of buildings and development land during his tenure at ML Realty Partners.
Previously, Mr. Shannon was a broker with Darwin Realty and Development Corporation where he represented both landlords and tenants in the Chicagoland area.
Mr. Shannon is also an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
