Bio
Patrick has been selling executive properties since 2006, and joined Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate in 2013. He has earned the prestigious Platinum award in 2017, 2018 and 2019, reflecting $29 million in sales in that time. In 2020, he reached Emerald Elite status, reflecting sales of more than $14 million, earning a spot in the top 1% of the company nationwide.
Patrick was singled-out among more than 12,000 agents company-wide to win the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Marketing Excellence Award in 2018. The award recognizes the innovative and effective marketing methodology Patrick uses to market listings.
In September of 2018, he was a panelist at the APEX real estate conference in Honolulu, an invitation-only conference for high-producers nationwide. In December of 2018 he was featured in a Tokyo MX television segment touring properties with Japanese buyers throughout Portland.
A well-known local philanthropist, Sheehan serves on the Portland Metro Advisory Board for the Salvation Army and is active in the Shriners. He is also on the board for the Happy Valley Business Alliance and The Dorchester Conference, and is vice-chair of the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee.
He served in the Oregon State Legislature during the 2011-12 session where he represented roughly 70,000 Oregonians in Happy Valley, Clackamas, Damascus, Oregon City and Estacada.
Patrick has a background in advertising and design, having run his own advertising agency for more than fifteen years.
Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree Cum Laude from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University in 1996, where he worked all four years at the Daily Evergreen Newspaper - ending his college career serving two semesters on the Editorial Board as a section editor. He graduated from Sunset High School in Beaverton in 1992.
Patrick lives in Happy Valley. He is a fourth-generation entrepreneur and 35-year resident of Oregon. He is an avid fly-fisherman, downhill mountain biker and guitar player.
