Patrick Sullivan, Associate Broker, joined Southpace Properties in September of 2021 and has quickly mastered the art of being a commercial broker. He is currently working alongside Bryan Holt and Sam Centeno as a tenant representative, but has experience in landlord representation as well. Some of his specialties include site selection, trade area analysis, lease and contract negotiation, and traffic analysis. Patrick is passionate about working in the commercial real estate industry and enjoys the people-to-people relationships that coincide within the business. Patrick uses his passion for real estate and his self-starter attitude to achieve the best outcomes for every client.
