Mr. Todd was born in Honollulu, Hawaii and spent most of his childhood exploring the far reaches of the country, living on both coasts from north to south. He went to Cal State University at Fullerton and graduated with a degree in Fine Art majoring in painting. After a brief stint working as a teacher in Virginia, Mr. Todd went back to school for a Masters degree in Fine Art, specializing in multi media expression.
In 1997, Mr. Todd came to New York City to create art and work on projects that were interesting to him. He found and converted raw warehouse space with several other artists and founded a live/work studio complex in the Navy Yard area of Brooklyn. He also managed and oversaw the installations of major art shows at Snug Harbor Museum in Staten Island.
During this time, Mr. Todd became fascinated with the intricacies of New York Real Estate, and, having come at it through a personal connection to space and its possibilities, he feels that he has a unique approach to investor’s needs. He sees things from a different angle than most people, but with the ability to understand another point of view. Mr. Todd is experienced in all aspects of real estate, from residential to commercial, and you can be sure your needs will be met.
Currently, besides real estate, Mr. Todd practices a form of electronic jazz fusion/ sound design and organizes shows for him and others to perform throughout the city.
Mr. Todd lives in East Harlem and can be reached directly at 917-716-5168.
