Patrick Walsh is a native Coloradoan born in Greeley, Colorado. After graduating from the University of Kansas he moved out to San Diego to attend the San Diego Culinary Institute. Shortly after graduating, he acquired a restaurant in the Mission Beach area that he owned and operated that establishment for the next 8 years. In an effort to be closer to his family and return home he and his future wife Annie moved back to Colorado in 2009. Prior to joining the executive development team for the West Lot project, Patrick has been the principal owner of D & P of Colorado which focuses on investing in real estate and private companies across a variety of industries. Along with these D & P of Colorado, he is the owner of multiple Orangetheory Fitness franchises and has discovered a newfound passion for healthy living (a trait he learned from his wife). Patrick has lived in LoDo since moving back to Colorado and has been married to his beautiful wife Annie for 6 years. They have two dogs, Henry and Waylon, and enjoy everything that Colorado has to offer; from snowboarding, to hiking with their dogs, to golf. In 2012, Patrick and Annie established “The Dennis Kennedy Foundation” in honor of her father who passed away that same year. The Dennis Kennedy Foundation focuses on partnering with various organizations that are focused on cancer research, healthy living organizations, and local Denver/Colorado charities.
