Patricia AmecAngelo joined CBRE in 2018 as First Vice President, offering advisory and transaction services in Retail. Patti has more than 13 years experience in shopping center representation on a national level. She is knowledgeable in all facets of the retail lifestyle and focuses her extensive expertise on site selection, market analysis and site development.
Patti has completed several 7-Eleven’s & Wawa’s throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and successfully negotiated deals for several national retailers throughout the country. Patti has facilitated numerous sales and purchases acquisitions, including but not limited to investment properties and mixed use projects. Patti specializes in tenant representation exclusively, placing corporate and franchisees nationally.
Prior to coming to CBRE, Patti worked for RJ Brunelli, VRI Commercial Real Estate and Better Homes Residential Realty. Patti, along side of her husband, owned and operated Centrex Sports Club located in Middletown, NJ.
