Paul is a Mechanical Engineer from Kettering University, Flint Mich., U.S.A. (formerly General Motors Institute), regarded by industry insiders as the "West Point of the Automotive Industry". He has an extensive, 24-year automotive background in sales, manufacturing and variety of management positions.
He was selected by the Japanese government as one of 13 participants from around the globe to be hosted in Japan for a period of one month and participate in "Japan Study Programme for International Executives", for a better understanding of Japanese customs, culture and business practices.
Since 1988, he has practiced IC&I real estate on a full-time basis and has consistently been a top performer. His accomplishments have been recognized by membership in the "Chairman's Circle" – exclusively reserved for high achievers. His peers, in consideration of his expertise and integrity, elected him to serve for two terms on the IC&I Executive Council of the Toronto Real Estate Board where he ensured that the interests of IC&I practitioners were appropriately considered.
