Paul Aschkenasy, Managing Partner of Blank Aschkenasy Properties, LLC (“BAP”) since 2004, joined the firm in 2000. Since that time BAP has built a portfolio of +/- 1,000,000 SF of retail and office space via both acquisitions (repositioning or redeveloping existing product) and ground up construction, with several projects currently in development.
