Paul specialises in all aspects of residential and mixed development across the south east of England. He is able to offer advice in connection with sales and purchases of development land. His breadth of work allows him to offer advice in maximising development opportunities, deal structures, and assist in problem solving for clients in a consultancy capacity. Understanding strategic and immediate housebuilder land as it comes through the planning system, as well as urban redevelopment and regeneration of mixed schemes, adds to the market leading advice from the Sevenoaks team. Paul also takes appointments as an independent expert in commercial and development disputes either by one of the parties, or as the determining expert under the terms of an agreement.
