Bio
represent buyers and sellers of homes, land, and commercial properties and work in the real estate markets in Columbia, Dutchess and Greene, Ulster and Albany Counties with particular expertise in the City of Hudson NY and the Village of Catskill NY.
I entered the real estate business as a Sales Agent in 2014 and became an Associate Broker in 2018. Being a Tourism Ambassador of the County for 13-years as a B&B owner only honed the knowledge and familiarity I already had of the area. This, plus a background in historic preservation and a career in communications, marketing and sales provide me the necessary skills and experience to be effective in real estate. I’m detail oriented, approachable, attentive, and a great listener, .....I’m available 7-days a week. When not assisting in buying and selling homes, I write and talk about them. I am a recognized writer and researcher of lost architecture of the Hudson Valley. I have published articles and am often invited to do speaking engagements on the subject. I was honored to be asked by The Preservation League of New York to lead a walking tour of Hudson architecture for their Members Weekend here in Hudson, NY. in the Fall of 2019. I currently serve as President of the board of Hudson Hall at the Historic Hudson Opera House, Secretary for The Hudson Development Corporation and as Historian on the Historic Preservation Commission for the City of Hudson.
