Paul is a veteran of the property industry with over 20 years having been spent applying his trade to the streets of East London. His knowledge of the local market is extensive, and in recent years he has witnessed and played a major part in the transformation of the area, being involved in some of the leading sales transactions and high profile lettings to famed occupiers such as Aubin & Wills, Urban Outfitters and Topman.
Paul started the company in 2009 and has created an all-encompassing business with particular focus on agency services within the City Fringe. Paul's industry connections have also enabled him to provide his expertise on a number of residential land deals throughout the country. Paul is a keen golfer, a fanatical QPR fan and is happily married with three children.
