Mr. Buchmayer graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business with an emphasis in Commercial Real Estate. His responsibilities include: leasing/lease renewals for the entire Minnesota and portions of the Florida Portfolios, marketing of the portfolio in Minnesota, assisting with marketing activities in Florida, assisting with construction management, financial analysis of prospective properties, assisting with day-to-day operations of the Commercial Portfolio, and brokerage services. Mr. Buchmayer has over eight years of commercial real estate experience and is a licensed real estate broker in Minnesota. He is a proven deal maker with over 400 leases completed for the company since 1998.
