Paul Capra is Principal of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Since 2004, Mr. Capra has specialized in representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in the leasing and sales of retail lifestyle, power, community and neighborhood centers throughout Ventura County and Southern California. In addition, Mr. Capra also represents buyers and sellers of net leased single-tenant properties on a national basis.
Over the past two years, Mr. Capra executed approximately 487,000 square feet of transactions valued at approximately $100 million. Among his most significant transactions were the sales of 35 single-tenant fast food restaurants totaling over $45,000,000; the sale of a 28,541 square foot shopping center in Cypress, CA for $8,460,000; three single-tenant retail/restaurant buildings in Valencia, CA for $5,500,000; a 10,723 square foot building in Santa Barbara for $5,300,000, a 20,800 square foot portion of a Moorpark, CA shopping center for $3,700,000; and the sale of a 3,448 square foot retail building in Westlake Village, CA for $1,900,000.
Mr. Capra is the exclusive national brokerage representative for Paul Mitchell Schools, which operates over 100 cosmetology education centers. In addition, he is the exclusive representative for a private real estate investment trust with assets in the fund totaling over $1 billion.
Mr. Capra also maintains many affiliations and relationships with public and private groups concerned with the redevelopment and revitalization of downtown districts and has represented landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail properties in Historic Downtown Ventura.
Mr. Capra was honored among the Top 10 Producers at Lee LA North/Ventura for 2017. He was also honored for his achievements in the Pacific Coast Business Times as one of the “40 Under 40.”
He joined Lee & Associates in 2004 and was elevated to Principal status in 2012. Earlier in his career Mr. Capra was with Colliers International, and he interned at Marcus & Millichap.
