Paul Carney is a Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group. Paul does everything from identifying space and proposal drafting to analytics and lease negotiations. With a focus on technology firms and government contractors, Paul specializes in leading his clients through the complex real estate analysis and leasing transaction process. He is hyper focused on helping companies align their real estate with their business strategy, as well as their operational and financial goals. He dedicates 100 percent of his focus to tenant representation.
Paul has represented some of the nation’s most recognizable technology firms such as Splunk, Adobe, Equifax, ServiceNow and Insight Global. He has also transacted business on behalf of some of the most respected companies in the DC region, including Iron Bow Technologies, Kettler, E3 Federal, ValidaTek, Dovel Technologies, and Spin Systems.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Carney served as Senior Director of Real Estate at WeWork, where he evaluated expansion opportunities and executed the overall growth strategy throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Before that, he was Senior Director at Colliers International where he was the recipient of the “Everest Club Award” and recognized as a Top National Producer.
