Paul Charos is responsible for the management of various commercial office, residential, and mixed use assets in and around the Cambridge and Boston area. Specifically, Mr. Charos is responsible for lease negotiations, cultivating and maintaining tenant and unit owner relationships, developing, implementing and managing operating budgets, as well as providing oversight and construction management of tenant fit-outs, capital projects, vendor contract negotiations, contractor bid review and selection, and supervision of various building maintenance staff. Overall, Mr. Charos has played an active role in the real estate industry, both residential and commercial, for over thirty-eight years and has played an integral role in the Asset Management division at Intercontinental for over thirty-five years.
Mr. Charos received his BS from Suffolk University, is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA).
