Bio
Paul Chester has been a commercial real estate broker and consultant for 25 years. He has represented tenants up to 400,000 square feet and buildings of more than 1,000,000 square feet.
Mr. Chester has worked with corporate and professional tenants in all industries throughout the Greater New York City area. The companies he has represented include the Bank of Tokyo, Wirthlin Worldwide, Continuum Partners (Beth Israel Hospital), the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor Health Systems and Affinia Hospitality. He has also represented the ownership of Manhattan buildings such as 180 Maiden Lane, 116 John Street, 85 John Street, 160 Water Street and 708 Third Avenue. Mr. Chester received his undergraduate degree in Mathematics and English from Georgetown University and his MBA in Real Estate Finance from Columbia University. He also has taught high school and worked as a reporter for the Bergen Record.
