Paul Galbraith is a seasoned real estate professional with 30 years of proven success, guidance, and leadership in the commercial real estate industry. During his career Paul has completed over 2.5 million square feet of lease and sale transactions throughout North America. Paul''s experience includes structuring and negotiating commercial leases, developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans, providing occupancy cost reductions, portfolio/lease administration, and assisting with the acquisition and disposition of owned properties. Paul is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and holds Bachelors degrees in Finance and Real Estate. He is an active member and past chairman of the Commercial Association of Realtors - Wisconsin.
