Paul Grant is an Associate with Newmark’s Multifamily sales team whose primary focus is in the Greater Orlando and Space Coast markets. Grant assists in all aspects of the deal process including valuation, underwriting, financial modeling, market research and due diligence coordination throughout the transaction lifecycle. Previously, Grant served as a Senior Analyst in the Company’s Boca Raton office.
Prior to joining Newmark, Grant was the Senior Analyst at Ventron Management, where he spearheaded the underwriting for the acquisition of multifamily assets primarily in Atlanta, GA and Florida. In this role, Grant worked closely with the Director of Acquisitions, investors, and various lending brokers to tailor specific investment packages.
Grant currently holds a Florida Real Estate license.
