Paul D. Hood is currently Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Federal Lessor Advisory Group and as such, has become a federal government leased space procurement specialist as well as an expert government lease researcher and business development manager. His expertise of the federal government lease procurement procedures, their complex processes and how small nuances can make huge differences for landlords, makes him a vital asset to the group. His unique ability to see through problems and find creative solutions, as well as his thoroughness of process, has made him an invaluable asset to all of FLAG’s clients.
Mr. Hood began his commercial real estate career shortly after college in 2001 by joining the Federal Government Services Group of Insignia/ESG in Washington, DC. Mr. Hood then joined CBRE as a result of its merger with Insignia/ESG in June of 2003.
Since joining CBRE, Paul has been involved in the successful completion of hundreds of leasing actions representing tens of millions of square feet involving the Federal Government on behalf of building owners and investors.
Prior to college, Mr. Hood served our country in the U.S. Navy as a Navigation Electronics Technician aboard a nuclear powered, ballistic missile submarine.
