Bio
Paul is a Managing Director and National Director in the NYC office of JLL, responsible for business development and servicing client needs including leasing, investment sales, and development. He has completed in excess of 14 mil sf of leasing and 18 mil sf of commercial and residential sales and ground leases. He has become known for successfully tackling complicated leasing and investment sales projects involving corporate, institutional and public sector clients. Examples include the sale of the 26-acre 12 million sf Hudson Yards / West Side Yard development site, the largest planned development ever built in the US, residential and development ground lease and retail transactions totaling 2.6 mil sf on Roosevelt Island, as well as significant leases of office and industrial space in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. He employs real estate fundamentals to enhance the delivery of leasing and investment advice for his clients, which are primarily tenants and user/owners of space. He is also a member of JLL’s Energy & Renewables Advisory Council.
