Paul Myers is a Vice Chairman with CBRE and is responsible for tenant representation activities of New York City-based clients. His real estate expertise and broad range of skills have made him one of the leading leasing consultants at CBRE, as borne out by his repeat membership in CBRE’s Chairman’s Club and Colbert Coldwell Circle. Paul’s strategic and consultative skills, focus and dedication to client service have earned him the trust of his clients, as evidenced by his long-term relationships with companies such as Intercontinental Exchange/NYSE, Saatchi & Saatchi, Morrison & Foerster and FujiFilm Holdings. These traits caused CBRE to ask him to serve as the Chairperson for CBRE’s Brokerage Advisory Board, an entity responsible for improving the firm’s ability to serve clients around the globe. Mr. Myers’ career at CBRE began in 1985 as a Regional Financial Analyst prior to joining the brokerage team. In that capacity, he provided financial services in support of the Manhattan market and the Northeastern U.S. He valued properties, analyzed leases and structured transactions for the brokerage, investment banking, consultation, appraisal and finance divisions—experience that has proven extremely effective for structuring and negotiating transactions for his clients.
