Paul has over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Surveyor and Commercial Agent. He was elected as a Fellow of the RICS in 1998. At Nolan Redshaw, Paul heads the Agency and Development sides of the business and is responsible for the Major Developer & Corporate clients. He provides retained clients with strategic property advice and is regularly called upon to provide expert opinion in major planning applications throughout the North West.
In recent years, as well as maintaining his agency role, Paul has been involved with the acquisition and development of major food stores, town centre and employment development sites from Durham to North Wales. Recent schemes have included the Tesco supermarket in Padiham, the Morrisons store in Bacup, and residential schemes in Derbyshire, Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
