Bio
A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Paul has more than 38 years of experience as a real estate broker. He relocated to Reno in 1978, and since 1986, has specialized in the leasing and sale of industrial properties, representing companies such as: Aerojet, BHP Minerals, Ciba Geigy, Clorox, JC Penney, Kal Kan, Tupperware, Tyco International, Pfizer, Sherwin-Williams, Unisource and many others. Paul was the top industrial broker in CB Richard Ellis’ Sacramento Region for three years and among the top ten producers for all disciplines for that region for eight years during his thirteen year career with that company. During the ensuing five years, while with Colliers Parrish International, he was the first recipient of the Parrish Award, recognizing virtues exemplified by the company’s founder. In May of 2005, Paul joined with 26 of his former Colliers colleagues in founding Alliance Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC. Paul’s community involvement includes: membership in the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), where he served as chairman of the board of trustees in 1993; Western Industrial Nevada (WIN), where he served as president in 1989; the Greater Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce, where he served on the board of directors; and the Truckee Meadows Community College Foundation, where he served as a member of the board and as board chairman. He is also a member of the Mavericks, an independent group of community leaders dedicated to assisting organizations in attracting and retaining quality companies and events in the Truckee Meadows. Most recently, Paul, Dave and Mike were awarded their second consecutive Summit Award in the category "Brokers of the Year" (2005 and 2006).
