Paul Sleeth joined Newmark in 2017 as an Executive Managing Director in the Seattle office, where he specializes in retail property investments and leads the Sleeth Retail Investment Team with Billy Sleeth, also an Executive Managing Director. Formed in 1991, the team focuses exclusively on retail investments in the greater Puget Sound region of Washington State and have the established reputation as the Northwest’s #1 retail investment team. Sleeth established the team to provide a systematic approach to retail properties that exceeds institutional standards. Sleeth joined Newmark after 26 years at Colliers International in Seattle, where he consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers nationally. He also was an advisory board director of Colliers International and one of fewer than 40 brokers chosen in the United States to represent the Colliers Investment Services Group (CISG) for North America. Paul and Billy Sleeth were Colliers’ top producers in the Puget Sound Region in 2014, 2015 and 2016; they were named the NAIOP SIOR Investment Brokers of the Year in 2015. Sleeth has over 39 years of experience and has completed more than $4.25 billion worth of retail investment sales. Prior to Colliers, Sleeth worked at Leibsohn & Company, a full-service real estate brokerage headquartered in Bellevue. He also worked at James S. Black & Company, now NAI Black, in Spokane Sleeth is a past president of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors (WSCAR), past board member of the Puget Sound Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), and is active with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
