Paul Smith has been in the Commercial Real Estate business since 1976. Upon completing university, Paul joined Knowlton Realty and then later joined JJ Barnicke. In 1991 Paul formed Smith Company Commercial Real Estate Services, which was very successful for 22 years. In mid 2013, Smith Company and Ashlar Urban Realty merged to form a new and synergistic company, which focuses on the leasing and selling of Commercial Real Estate. Paul serves on the Legislative and Regulations Committee for RECO. He is also active in the CCIM and SIOR organization where he participates in their convention activities. Paul has served in the Ivey Alumni Board of Directors from 1998-2010. Paul graduated from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
