Paul’s work is targeted towards agency matters and includes the sale and/or acquisition of both short-term development sites and longer term strategic development land. He advises on fixed price conditional contracts and longer-term option agreements, including undertaking valuations and price negotiations between buyer and seller. Paul has extensive experience advising on planning and development matters, including legal agreements (Section 106 and the like), and in assessing project viability. He has a thorough understanding of relevant technical matters associated with residential development sites.
