An industry expert with more than 25 years of successful experience in real estate, Paul Waln has a proven ability to create and implement profitable real estate opportunities. He has earned multiple “Lifetime Achievement” awards and the exclusive “Circle of Legends” designation with RE/MAX, the top producing real estate brokerage in the world. Paul is the 4th generation to work in real estate, both in sales and development, and is driven by the desire to exceed client expectations with outstanding results and a quality product.<br /><br />Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in finance, beginning his career as a financial analyst in institutional asset management where he was exposed to the inner workings of real estate holdings for large institutions. His experience includes acquisition and management of properties ranging from individual primary residences, apartment buildings, shopping malls, tech-flex and warehouses to office and retail space.<br /><br />Early on, Paul made the decision to specialize his real estate efforts for his clients and their families to buy and sell their primary residences, as well as provide guidance and services for clients to acquire apartment buildings and other investments to help them build personal financial wealth.<br /><br />Paul dedicated his time and resources over the years to educating his clients about the world of buying and selling homes and investing in real estate. A dynamic public speaker, Paul has personally conducted 1,000+ seminars on real estate and investing, as well as co-hosted a talk show about real estate topics on the Bloomberg Radio Network in Seattle.<br /><br />Paul continues to provide exemplary service to his clients with their personal and investment real estate needs. He is also passionate about developing and building luxury homes in the Seattle Metro area with specific emphasis on the Eastside in Kirkland and West Bellevue where he resides.<br /><br />In addition to a distinguished career in real estate, Paul served honorably in the United States Air Force and holds multiple aeronautical ratings including commercial pilot.<br /><br />Paul is blessed to share his life with his beautiful wife, Tamara, and their three wonderful children, as well as their family and business mascot, Roxy. The Waln family lives in West Bellevue where their children attend school and are active participants in the community.
