Paula Thomson is a 16 year veteran with Vantage Point Partners and is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. Paula has played a crucial role in developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements for tenants and stakeholders. Paula oversees the accounting department and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. Paula and the accounting staff address tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. With over 15 commercial properties managed by Vantage Point Partners, Paula and her staff are accustomed to working on multiple projects with multiple reporting needs. Paula realizes that timely, accurate reporting is a key necessity in the commercial real estate world and is masterful in providing strong communications both written and verbal.
