Paula J. Wormuth is the Managing Member of Owners Agency, LLC. and holds complete oversight and management of all facets of operations.
Paula holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers License, a Florida State Community Association Management License, the National Designation of Certified Apartment Manager and certifications in Fair Housing Compliance and Florida Tenant/ Landord Law.
Throughout her thirty (30) year professional career, Paula has held several Board and Committee positions and memberships for professional affiliations such as: VP, Dun and Bradstreet Contactor Trade Association, President of Credit Management Association of Eastern New York, Executive Asst., Southwest Florida Apartment Association. In addition, Memberships include National, Florida and Bay Area Apartment Associations, Condominium Owners-Managers Association, National Association of Female Executives and Professional and Business Woman’s Association. She has been honored with several awards recognizing her commitment to excellence such as Ryder’s Truck Rentals National Franchisee of the Year (1987), Business and Professional Woman’s “New York Woman’s Entrepreneur of the Year” (1987) and Southwest Florida Apartment Associations “Wave of Distinction Award for Riverwalk Apartments-Community of the Year” (2004).
