Pauli has more than 4 years of commercial real estate experience. She focuses primarily on industrial investment sales transactions throughout the United States. Over the course of her career, Pauli has been involved in more than $2.2 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Pauli began her career as a Summer Analyst Intern with MetLife Real Estate Investments out of Dallas, Texas. Pauli is actively associated with the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at Southern Methodist University, where she attended undergrad and was a member of the university’s Women’s Swimming & Diving Team.
