A Sonoma County local, she graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Business from Chico Stat, and moved back to Sonoma County to complete her MBA at Sonoma State. Pauline runs the marketing and development efforts for local commercial property owner and developer, Cornerstone. Her current work is focused on building housing in downtown Santa Rosa the incorporates affordable-by-design units, sustainable building methods, and much-needed community amenities such as childcare. She also oversees the company's other projects including coLAB coworking space in Santa Rosa and the BARN artisan project in Petaluma.
