Perry joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2004. Previously, he was President of Gooch Beasley, a residential construction and development business located in Monteagle, TN, that he helped found in 1996. Perry’s primary focus is investment sales in all asset classes and office landlord representation. He has completed over $1.5 billion in investment sales since joining the firm.
